Google Meet Integration Guide

Learn how to connect, use, and manage the Google Meet integration for Bookerva.

Installation

  1. Log in to your Bookerva account.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.
  3. Locate the Google Meet Integration section.
  4. Click the Connect Google button.
  5. You will be redirected to Google to authorize the application. Click Allow.
  6. Once authorized, you will be redirected back to Bookerva with a success message.

Usage

Once connected, you can set Google Meet as the location for any of your services.

Setting up a Google Meet Service:

  1. Go to Dashboard > Services.
  2. Create a new service or edit an existing one.
  3. In the Location dropdown, select Google Meet.
  4. Save your changes.

How it works for bookings:

  • When a client books this service, a unique Google Meet link is automatically generated.
  • The meeting link is included in the confirmation email sent to both you and the client.
  • The meeting is added to your Bookerva calendar with the Google Meet link.
  • The event is also added to your connected Google Calendar.

Uninstallation

You can disconnect the integration at any time from either your Bookerva account or your Google account.

Option 1: From Bookerva (Recommended)

  1. Log in to your Bookerva account.
  2. Navigate to Dashboard > Settings.
  3. In the Google Meet Integration section, click Disconnect.

Option 2: From Google Account

  1. Go to your Google Account Permissions page.
  2. Find Bookerva in the list of third-party apps.
  3. Click on it and select Remove Access.

Troubleshooting

Meeting links not generating?

Ensure that the service location is explicitly set to "Google Meet" and that your Google account is still connected in Settings.
